درود,
گروه کوهنوردی پاکوب برای حفظ آمادگی همنوردان عزیز برای شرکت در برنامه های کوهنوردی پایان هفته برنامه تمرینی در نظر گرفته است.
به همین منظور روز های سه شنبه برنامه پیمایش مسیر ولنجک تا ایستگاه دو توچال انجام می پذیرد.
این برنامه هر سه شنبه اجرا می گردد.
قرارمون ساعت 17:30 پارکینگ ولنجک ابتدای ورودی جاده سلامت می باشد.
رفت و برگشت این مسیر در حدود 4 ساعت زمان نیاز دارد.
با توجه به شرایط زمستانی می بایست کفش مناسب و ساقدار, لباس گرم (پلار و گرتکس) دستکش گرم, کلاه گرم, باطوم, یخ شکن و تنقلات همراه داشته باشید.
